First workout
What a workout, thanks to Shoko!
We were so happy to see all of you, Tesha, Lorrie, Lara, Stacey, Alvina, Melody, Kina, Shelley, Vicky and Eva! Remember if you feel sore to get your blood pumping to get the lactic acid out your muscles, go for a brisk walk and stretch.

Just 6 more days for class to start, and I am really excited and hope that you will join us!
For those who do not know me, I was born and raised in France and moved to Vancouver a little over 5 years ago. I am married and a mother of 5. Fitness has always been part of my life, and I just fell in love with kickboxing and cardio kickboxing about 4 years ago.
If you are looking for something to start exercising or want to add to your workout routine, come and check out the class!

Cardio Kickboxing classes will be on Mondays and Thursdays at 10 am.
Starting May 23rd.
Join us in the McGillivray Building Gym - 13600 SE McGillivray BLVD.
Our instructors are average sisters like you and me who love Kickboxing.
This is our first adventure in teaching and ask for your patience in learning
to become good teachers. They want to show you proper technique so
you don't hurt yourself and get a good workout.
Stephanie Neve from Fairway Village and Shoko Moppert from Cascade Park will be teaching.
I am their trusty sidekick and secretary - Vicky Hilton from Fairway Village.
