4th of July

Hi Ladies,
I finally figured out how to post my comment... Anyway, we had a great workout this morning.
We discussed our next Monday class which will be 4th of July. We decided the class will be cancelled, however, we will have a class 5th of July, Tuesday. Please mark your calendar and join with us!

JUNE 16th SCHEDULE

Exceptionally and so everyone can be home when the kiddos are out of school the class will start at 9:30!
Class will go on as usual all summer long.

Mondays bring a ball for abs.
Thursdays bring weights.

Thursday's class has been changed just this once to 9:30 am because of early release at school.

Weights and abs workouts

Hello ladies,
Starting Thursday, the 45min cardio-kickboxing workout will be followed by a 15min weight workout. On Mondays, we will be working our abs for 15min. So if you have weights bring them on Thursdays and a mat and a ball on Mondays. See you all Thursday !

Monday: 10-10:45 cardio-kickboxing
10:45-11:00 abs
Thursday: 10-10:45 cardio-kickboxing
10:45-11:00 weights
